Irisha Luhanga is an accredited Coach with a strong background in learning product development, programme management, and people leadership. With over 25 years of working experience, she has dedicated the last 12 years to building and leading an African continent-wide learning design and delivery team.
Irisha is the Founder of Redefine Human Capital, providing strategic human resource solutions to organizations across diverse industries. A GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor, NLP Master Practitioner, and Enneagram Facilitator, she supports leaders and teams in identifying opportunities, developing practical action plans, and navigating change effectively.
Serving on several boards, she championed STEM training and development to tackle youth unemployment. She has also founded an accredited training academy focused on education for community impact.

Her Master’s thesis in Leadership Coaching focused on “The influence of business coaching on women-owned businesses that are part of a business incubator in South Africa.” Her mission is to empower entrepreneurs to succeed — not just survive.
